Booking & Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With 48+ hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened.
Arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers must be used by the expiry date stated and cannot be extended beyond this date.
